Let me start by saying Brenda Ross is the absolute definition of professional! We were referred to Brenda over a year ago and our initial impression of Brenda was highly positive. Brenda has a lot of energy and she is always positive no matter what the situation. We were in the market for a home, and had some specific options we weren't willing to budge from.
